Had dinner tonight with T & J who, upon hearing that I’d never seen The Killing of Saint George, proceeded to pull out a box containing what seemed like every lesbian movie ever made. Here’s what they lent me to get me started on a queer videothon weekend: Maedchen in Uniform Pinky Show Me Love Casting Stones Meeting of the Queens L is for the Way you Look What’s Cooking The Haunting Foxfire Hide and Seek Girls’ Town They also cautioned me against seeing Notes on A Scandal, saying it was unrelentingly homophobic.
