I just looked up the lake chelan run... it looks beautiful and the finish line seems perfectly placed for capgas spectators. But it makes the summer, which had felt like it still stretched luxuriously before me, all of a sudden seem way too short. I haven't run more than three or four blocks since our Indy glory (scroll down to 5/6/03), so according to Hal Higdon, I've got to dust off those running shoes this week if I want to have any hope of keeping up with Team Meade (MM, Jack and PK)! |
